Developing strategies in conjunction with Managing director and tactics that will win the business, including teaming arrangement, alliances through direct contacts and events.
Sales planning geography potential product.
Sales Cycle management.
Sales force recruitment.
Manage & Motivate Sales personnel.
Work & guide sales personnel to achieve number targets.
Handle commercials, RFP in conjunction with the MD.
Guide sales team to penetrate client environment using
Persuational techniques,
Out of office events,
Product benefits & features,
Networking & referral management,
Any other sales techniques.
Required skill set:
MBA in Marketing/Finance and minimum 15 years of experience in BFSI domain.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of Corporate Market Research and feasibility studies.
Should have good leadership qualities
Should be more than 35 years of age.
