  • Advising the client on the best possible option
  • Assisting client in preparing the necessary decision support and fund raising documentation such as information memorandum, financial models etc.
  • Assisting the client in a broad valuation advisory
  • Identifying suitable investors/lenders including cross border arrangements
  • Assisting the client in presenting the case before the investors/ lenders
  • Assisting the client in the due diligence process being carried out by the lenders/ investors
  • Assisting client in legal documentation relevant to the investment/ lending
