  • Assisting Client with solutions to deal structuring and taxation issues
  • Assisting Client with the preparation of a non binding term sheet
  • Assisting the Client in the due diligence process being carried out
  • Assisting Client in legal documentation relevant to the investment and attending to deal closure formalities
