About Us

Basiz People Services is a division of Basiz Fund Service Private Limited. Basiz Fund Service Private Limited (www.basizfa.com) is in operation for the last 15 years with clients and manpower spread across Singapore, India (Mumbai, Chennai, GIFT City - Gandhinagar), Bahrain and USA (New Jersey). Basiz Fund Service, which is an Ops Global Singapore Company, is the first Fund Administrator to be approved to operate in Gujarat International Fin-Tec (GIFT) City, India’s first offshore financial destination.

The primary business lines of Basiz Fund Services are:

Fund Accounting, Fund Administration, Financial Reporting and Management Consulting Services
European VAT Registration, Filing and Reclaim Services in collaboration with an MNC having operations in 137 countries world-wide
Fund-Tech Products : Products such as Stat Talk (Financial Statements enabled with a talk feature which read out critical parts of a statement to the reader), Basiz Master Draft (a software for automating a large part of agreement drafting) and Letter Flow (a bar coded letterhead software which eliminates the need to print letterheads and helps in keeping it secure).

A few words about Stat Talk is in order. Stat Talk by Basiz ( patent application number 202021002667 dated January 21, 2020) is a powerful tool that the primary user can structure in a way so as to read out critical parts of financial and non-financial information to the recipient. It can be used in a variety of situations and across various industries.

Basiz People Services has been in the forefront of attending to all talent acquisition needs, human resources strategy and training needs of all the companies coming under the Ops Global, Singapore banner. It now proposes to leverage the experience and knowledge so gained by years of operations by offering these services to other companies too.

As can be seen from the business mix of our parent entity, Basiz People Services has built a formidable knowledge base in the banking, financial services, insurance and ITES enabled sector. Basiz People Services offers a full package of services in the talent acquisition space. Our key differentiators are quick reaction time and assistance in carrying out a preliminary check on the candidate. Our process commences from first with a preliminary meeting with a client by which we are able to gauge the key negative and positive attributes that the client looks for in a candidate. We follow this up with a quick and incisive evaluation of the candidate on an oral and written test (if required) before the details are shared with the client. Since the preliminary check has been carried out, it increases the possibility of fitment of the candidate to the requirements of the client. In order to carry out the evaluation, Basiz People Services at times leverages its domestic and international network to identify the right subject matter experts to assist in candidate evaluation.

We are also in the process of building a candidate fitment score card wherein the scores of the candidate are available to the interviewing committee at Basiz People Services. This ensures that the candidates with the highest fitment are interviewed first and the others are identified as reserve candidates.
