Director, Dr. Sujata Seshadrinathan, has been awarded a Patent for 'A System To Draft And Review Documents'.

It gives us great pleasure to inform you that our Director, Dr. Sujata Seshadrinathan, has been awarded a Patent for 'A System To Draft And Review Documents'; more popularly called 'Basiz Master Draft'. This is the second patent she has received; the earlier one was for 'Basiz Stat Talk'.

‘Basiz Master Draft’ is a powerful agreement drafting tool which can be used by agreement drafters and reviewers anywhere in the world. It is a browser-based software that allows users to draft agreements and contracts more quickly and effectively by decreasing the time and effort involved in the process of drafting and reviewing. Some of its very interesting features are clause locking, a speech-to-text facility, and a feature to include Aadhaar-based signatures. It can also easily operate with a limited bandwidth without compromising quality.
