Assisting Clients in preparing a risk management policy consistent with the scale of operations of the client, its business strategies, management band width and capital
Assisting internal audit teams of the Client in ensuring that the risk policy is in sync with the overall procedural framework/ policies and procedures and no gaps are found in the process
Assisting Clients in preparing policies and procedures for the Compliance and related activities in the organisation to prevent/ report/ escalate to a higher level any instances of improper or illegal conduct
Setting up terms and policies to support Sales, Business Development, New Product Development and Credit Policy & explore arranging financing to support operations
Overseeing the Finance, Accounts and Management Information and Reporting Systems to ensure that it is in-line with the high level strategy
