Risk & Compliance Advisory

  • Assisting Clients in preparing a risk management policy consistent with the scale of operations of the client, its business strategies, management band width and capital
  • Assisting internal audit teams of the Client in ensuring that the risk policy is in sync with the overall procedural framework/ policies and procedures and no gaps are found in the process
  • Assisting Clients in preparing policies and procedures for the Compliance and related activities in the organisation to prevent/ report/ escalate to a higher level any instances of improper or illegal conduct
  • Setting up terms and policies to support Sales, Business Development, New Product Development and Credit Policy & explore arranging financing to support operations
  • Overseeing the Finance, Accounts and Management Information and Reporting Systems to ensure that it is in-line with the high level strategy
